Catwoman (2004) tells the story of Patience Phillips, an introverted woman who discovers that she has been endowed with superhuman abilities after a near-death experience. With the agility, speed, and heightened senses of a cat, she embraces her new identity as Catwoman. However, as she navigates her newfound power, she finds herself torn between her criminal inclinations and her desire to protect the innocent.
